Ingredients: Palo Azul Bark (2 Large Sticks)
Makes 64 oz of tea
Pour 64 oz of water in a pot
Boill for 20 to 30 minutes
Let sit for 5 minutes
Pour water in a bottle 
Sweeten and let cool
Drink 4oz-8oz 2 x"s daily (hot or cold)
