  • Tea Preparation

    When preparing *PERSEVERE TEA*

    * In a saucepan, put 2 teaspoons of tea

    * Add 8 oz of water

    * Bring to a boil, let boil for 5 mins

    * Pour hot, strained tea into your favorite tea cup

    * Sweeten and enjoy!

    For cold tea, refrigerate.

    Any time you make root tea, you must boill it in order to extract all of its nutrients.
